4.55V threshold for 5V rail monitoring
The TPS3813I50DBVT is a Texas Instruments Simple Reset/Power-On Reset supervisor that monitors a single voltage rail. Its 4.55V threshold is set to catch a 5V supply drooping below about 91% of nominal — a common brownout detection point for logic and mixed-signal boards. The reset output is Active Low, open-drain, so it can be wire-ORed with other reset sources on the same pull-up rail.
20ms timeout and industrial temperature range
A 20ms minimum reset timeout gives the supply enough time to stabilise after a brownout before the processor starts fetching code — no extra external delay capacitor needed. If your application sees sustained ambient above 85°C, that sibling is the better fit.
Active lifecycle, SOT-23-6 package
The SOT-23-6 package is a common footprint; the 0.95 mm pitch and body size are friendly to hand rework if you are swapping on a bench or in a field kit with a fine-tip iron.
