4.65 V threshold — matched to 5 V rails
The TPS3808G50DBVTG4 is a single-channel voltage supervisor from TI's TPS3808 family, built to hold a microprocessor or FPGA in reset until the monitored supply crosses the 4.65 V threshold and the adjustable timeout expires. The active-low, open-drain output pulls low when the supply dips below threshold and releases after the programmed delay — a clean power-up sequence for the downstream logic.
Open-drain output — resistor not included
Without it the output never pulls high and the downstream device stays in reset. The resistor value is not critical — 10 kΩ to 100 kΩ works for most CMOS inputs — but the BOM must account for it.
125°C junction — industrial and automotive zones
The SOT-23-6 package keeps the footprint small; the 0.95 mm pitch is hand-solderable for prototype rework.
