4.65V threshold — what it watches
When the voltage drops below that threshold, it pulls the reset output low and holds it there for an adjustable timeout period after the rail recovers. That 4.65V trip point is set for 5V nominal rails — it catches brownouts and slow ramps before the downstream logic sees undefined behaviour.
Reset timeout — field-adjustable
The reset timeout is adjustable or selectable via an external capacitor on the CT pin. That means you can stretch the reset pulse to match the power-good time of a slow-start regulator or a large bulk cap bank. No fixed timer to work around — you set it per board.
