1.77 V threshold supervisor in SOT-23-6
Its 1.77 V threshold is set for a 1.8 V nominal rail — the reset asserts when the supply drops below that level, holding the system in reset until the rail recovers and the adjustable timeout expires. The open-drain, active-low output lets the reset signal wire-OR with other supervisors or a manual reset button, pulling the line low when the monitored voltage is out of tolerance.
Adjustable timeout for sequenced power-up
The reset timeout is adjustable or selectable via an external capacitor on the CT pin — no fixed timer to work around. This lets you match the reset hold time to the power-up settling of downstream FPGAs, ADCs, or MCUs that need a stable rail before de-asserting reset. The SOT-23-6 package keeps the footprint small — useful when the supervisor sits close to the monitored rail on a dense board.
