1.67V threshold supervisor for 1.8V rails
The TPS3808G18DRVR is a Texas Instruments Simple Reset/Power-On Reset supervisor with a 1.67V threshold, designed to monitor a single 1.8V supply rail. The threshold sits at roughly 93% of the nominal rail, providing an undervoltage reset before the downstream logic enters an indeterminate state. The open-drain, Active Low output pulls low when the monitored voltage falls below the threshold, and releases after the adjustable reset timeout once the supply recovers. This output can be wire-ORed with other reset signals or pulled up to any voltage up to the absolute maximum of the pin.
Temperature grade and junction range
The wide range means the reset threshold accuracy and timeout timing stay within datasheet limits across the full temperature sweep, not just at 25°C.
