1.67V threshold — the rail it watches
This single-channel voltage supervisor monitors a 1.8V nominal supply rail with a fixed threshold of 1.67V. Open-drain allows multiple reset sources to share a common pull-up and a wired-OR connection to the processor's reset pin. The reset timeout is adjustable/selectable via an external capacitor on the CT pin — the designer sets the pulse width to match the downstream device's reset hold-time requirement. This is a flexible alternative to fixed-timeout supervisors, though it adds one external component.
Housed in a SOT-23-6 package, this is a compact footprint suited for space-constrained boards. Note that it is not listed as AEC-Q100 qualified — verify with the datasheet if you need automotive-grade screening.
