0.84V threshold supervisor in a SOT-23-6
It asserts a reset output when the supply drops below that threshold and holds it low for an adjustable timeout period after the rail recovers. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR it with other supervisors or pull it up to a different voltage domain. This part is built for low-voltage core rails — think 0.9V or 1.0V supplies powering an FPGA core, a DSP, or a modern MCU. The active-low reset signal is what most processors expect on their nRST pin. The adjustable timeout (set via an external capacitor) gives you flexibility to match the power-up settling time of the downstream device.
