Two-rail supervisor in a 5-pin SC-70
The TPS3807A30DCKT: It asserts an active-low, open-drain reset when either rail drops below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 20µs after both rails return within tolerance.
20µs reset timeout — glitch rejection window
The minimum 20µs reset timeout sets the window for supply transients that will be ignored. A glitch shorter than 20µs on the monitored rail does not trigger a reset.
The open-drain output allows the reset signal to be pulled up to a different voltage rail, which is common in mixed-voltage systems.
