The TPS3760E012DYYRQ1 is a single-channel voltage detector from TI's TPS3760 family, monitoring a single rail with a 0.8V threshold. That 0.8V trip point targets sub-1V core supplies in automotive ECUs, ADAS processors, and sensor modules where a 0.9V or 1.0V rail must be held within tight margins. The active-low, open-drain output lets you wire-OR the reset signal with other supervisors or pull it up to a higher-voltage logic rail.
Automotive-grade temperature range and qualification
That covers under-hood, engine-bay, and cabin deployments where the ambient temperature swings beyond industrial limits. The 100µs maximum reset timeout gives the downstream MCU or FPGA enough time to initialize after the rail comes up, without holding the system in reset longer than needed.

The 0.65 mm pitch is manageable with a fine-tip iron or hot-air station; the thin body (typically 1.0 mm max height) means less thermal mass than a standard SOT-23-5, so it heats quickly and reflows cleanly. The open-drain output is the only active pin besides VDD and GND, so layout is straightforward: one pull-up resistor to the reset rail, one decoupling cap near the supply pin.
