Voltage supervisor with a 2.25 V trip point
It holds the reset output active for a minimum of 140 ms after the rail recovers, giving the system time to stabilize before the processor starts executing code. The reset output is configurable as either active high or active low, and the driver is a push-pull totem-pole stage — no external pull-up resistor needed. This makes it a direct fit for most MCU and DSP reset inputs without extra BOM components.
