5V rail supervisor with push-pull output
The Texas Instruments TPS3705-50DGNR is a simple reset and power-on reset IC that monitors a single 5V supply rail, asserting an active-low reset when the voltage drops below the 4.55V threshold. It delivers a push-pull output with a 140ms minimum reset timeout, giving the downstream processor time to stabilize after power-up or a brown-out event.
Industrial temperature grade and 8-HVSSOP package
The 8-HVSSOP package with exposed pad helps pull heat from the die into the PCB copper plane — make sure the thermal pad is soldered to a ground plane pour for best thermal and electrical performance.
