Active AEC-Q100 supervisor for sub-1V core rails
The TPS3703A5090DSERQ1 is an automotive-qualified (AEC-Q100) simple reset IC from Texas Instruments that monitors a single voltage rail with a 0.9V threshold — a common trip point for modern 1.0V and 0.9V core supplies in automotive ECUs. The active-low, open-drain output asserts reset when the monitored rail drops below the threshold, and releases after the supply returns above the threshold plus hysteresis.
0.9V threshold and 125°C junction rating
The 0.9V threshold is tailored for low-voltage digital cores — think Cortex-M or R-Car SoCs that run at 1.0V nominal. The open-drain output allows the reset signal to be wire-ORed with other supervisors or a manual reset button, sharing a single pull-up resistor to the system's I/O voltage.
Active production — orderable through standard channels
It is ROHS3 compliant. Sourcing is handled per RFQ — confirm current lead time and quantity against your BOM line. Tape & Reel and Cut Tape options are listed.
