The TPS3702CX18DDCT is a single-channel voltage detector from Texas Instruments, monitoring a 1.8 V rail and asserting an active-low reset when the supply drops below threshold. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR multiple detectors or pull it up to a different logic voltage — common on multi-rail power sequencers and FPGA core monitors.
