2.93V Threshold and Industrial Temperature Range
The 2.93V threshold is typical for monitoring a 3.3V supply with margin — the supervisor will assert reset before the rail falls below the minimum operating voltage of most 3.3V logic. Compared to the TLV803ED29DBZR which uses an open-drain output and has a 33ms minimum reset timeout, the TPS3619-33DGK's push-pull output eliminates the external pull-up and its 60ms timeout provides a longer reset hold time for systems with slower supply ramp rates. The TLV803EA29VDBZR offers 130ms minimum timeout but also uses open-drain output and extends to 125°C ambient, making it a better fit for high-temperature environments if the open-drain topology is acceptable.
