Battery backup supervisor with dual reset outputs
The TPS3613-01DGSR is a single-channel battery backup circuit supervisor from Texas Instruments. It monitors a single supply voltage and asserts both active-high and active-low reset outputs — push-pull, totem-pole — so you can drive the reset pin of a processor and also signal a PMIC or FPGA without an external inverter. That window is typical for Cortex-M and other MCUs that need a clean power-on reset.
60 ms reset timeout and industrial temperature range
The voltage threshold is adjustable or selectable via external resistors, so you can set the trip point to match a 3.3 V, 5 V, or custom rail without changing the base part number.
ROHS3 compliant per, so it meets current EU and global restrictions on hazardous substances. It is supplied in a 10-VSSOP package (3.00 mm width, 0.118-inch body) on tape and reel or cut tape, which suits both high-volume pick-and-place and prototype builds.
