Battery backup supervisor — 4.4V threshold, active-low reset
When the monitored voltage drops below that threshold, it asserts a reset signal — active low, push-pull output — and holds it for a minimum of 60ms after the rail recovers. That 60ms timeout gives downstream logic (MCUs, FPGAs, ASICs) enough time to initialize before the system starts executing code.
The 14-TSSOP package (0.173-inch body width) is a fine-pitch surface-mount part; on a rework bench you will want a hot-air station with a small nozzle and some flux. No exposed pad, so the thermal path is through the leads only — keep the copper pour under the package solid for heat sinking.
