The Texas Instruments TPS3514D is a multi-voltage supervisor that monitors three supply rails — 3.3 V, 5 V, and 12 V — and asserts an active-low reset when any rail drops below its threshold. The open-drain output lets multiple supervisors share a common pull-up, which is handy on multi-voltage backplanes or ATX-style power sequencing.
200 ms reset timeout — what it buys you
The reset output holds low for a minimum of 200 ms after all monitored voltages rise above their thresholds.
That means it is still a safe choice for new BOM line items.
