Product details

Three-rail supervisor for ATX and industrial supplies

The Texas Instruments TPS3510PG4 is a multi-voltage supervisor that monitors three supply rails — 3.3 V, 5 V, and 12 V — and asserts an active-low reset if any rail drops below its threshold. The reset output is open-drain, so it can be wire-ORed with other supervisors or pulled up to a different voltage than the monitored rails. A minimum 200 ms reset timeout gives the downstream processor or logic time to stabilize after all three rails are within tolerance before the reset is released.

Industrial temperature range and through-hole package

Suitable for prototyping, retrofit, or low-volume builds where SMD reflow is not available.

Frequently asked questions

What is the reset timeout of TPS3510PG4?

The reset timeout is 200 ms minimum. After all monitored voltages rise above their thresholds, the reset output remains asserted for at least 200 ms before releasing.
