Three-rail supervisor with fixed and adjustable thresholds
The TPS3307-25DGNG4 from Texas Instruments is a multi-voltage supervisor that monitors three supply rails simultaneously — a common requirement in mixed-voltage designs with 2.5V core, 3.3V I/O, and an adjustable rail for DDR termination or analog supplies. Threshold voltages are set at 2.25V and 2.93V for the fixed channels, with the third channel adjustable via external resistor divider — covering the most common 2.5V and 3.3V supervision points out of the box. The reset output is configurable as either active-high or active-low, push-pull topology, so it interfaces directly with both enable-pin and reset-input logic without an external pull-up.
Reset timing and temperature rating
Surface-mount, 0.65 mm pitch typical for this MSOP footprint — two-layer board is feasible for fan-out if the adjacent passives are 0402 or larger.
This part is still in TI's current production portfolio and can be specified into new BOMs without obsolescence risk.
