Two-voltage watchdog for automotive boards
The TPS3306-25QDRQ1 from Texas Instruments is a multi-voltage supervisor that keeps an eye on two supply rails — one at 2.25 V and the other at 2.93 V — and pulls its open-drain output low when either drops below threshold.
70 ms reset timeout — what it buys you
The minimum reset timeout of 70 ms gives the downstream MCU or DSP enough time to stabilise its internal oscillator and power-up sequence before the supervisor releases the reset line. With an active-low, open-drain output, multiple supervisors can wire-OR their reset signals onto a common line — handy when you are monitoring several voltage domains on a single board.
