70 ms minimum reset timeout — what it buys you
The reset output stays asserted for at least 70 ms after both monitored voltages rise above their thresholds. That window covers the power-up settling time of most switching regulators and gives the downstream processor time to initialise its internal state before the reset pin releases. If your system uses a slow-start regulator or a large output capacitor bank, this margin avoids spurious early-release resets.
