1.43V threshold — what it monitors and why
Its reset threshold is 1.43V, making it a fit for 1.5V or 1.8V core supplies in DSPs, MCUs, or FPGAs that require a precise undervoltage lockout during power-up or brownout conditions. The reset output is active-low, open-drain — the pin pulls low when the monitored voltage drops below 1.43V, and releases after a minimum 100ms timeout once the rail recovers. The open-drain topology lets you pull up the reset line to any voltage up to the absolute maximum of the output transistor, which is useful when the reset input on the processor runs at a different logic level than the monitored supply.
