The Texas Instruments TPS3126E12DBVT is a single-channel simple reset/power-on reset IC that monitors a 1.14V threshold rail and holds the reset line active-low for a minimum of 100ms after the supply rises above that threshold.

The 1.14V threshold is set for monitoring low-voltage cores like 1.2V or 1.1V digital rails. If your processor or FPGA core supply dips below that threshold, the supervisor asserts reset and holds it for the full 100ms timeout — long enough for the main regulator to stabilise after a brownout or power-up. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR multiple supervisors on the same reset line, useful on multi-rail boards where any one rail fault should trigger a system reset.
