1.62V threshold supervisor for 1.8V rails
The TPS3125J18DBVRG4 is a Texas Instruments Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC that monitors a single 1.8V supply rail. Its 1.62V threshold provides a 180mV guard band below the nominal rail, catching brownouts and slow ramps before the downstream logic sees a glitch. The reset output is push-pull, totem pole, configurable as active high or active low — no external pull-up needed. The minimum reset timeout of 100ms gives the processor or FPGA enough time to initialize before the output de-asserts.
