1.142 V threshold — what it buys your core rail
The TPS3110E12DBVT monitors a single supply rail and asserts a reset when the voltage drops below 1.142 V. That threshold is tailored for 1.2 V core supplies on DSPs, FPGAs, or low-voltage MCUs — a 1.8 V or 3.3 V rail would need a different threshold variant in the TPS3110 family. Reset output is active low, push-pull, so it drives the reset input of a processor directly without an external pull-up resistor.
