Open-drain output and 65ms reset timeout
The active-low reset output is open-drain, which means the pull-up resistor can be tied to a different supply rail than the monitored 1.521V input. This is useful when the supervisor sits on a 1.5V domain but the downstream reset input of a 3.3V system needs a clean logic-high level.
