65 ms timeout — why the minimum matters
The reset timeout is specified as 65ms minimum. That is the guaranteed hold time after the supply recovers above the threshold — the processor needs that window to finish its power-on reset sequence and start executing code. A shorter timeout risks an incomplete initialization; a longer one is fine but delays system start. The 65ms floor gives you a reliable lower bound for worst-case timing analysis.
