2.941V threshold — sizing the supervisor for a 3.3V rail
Its 2.941V threshold is set to assert a reset when a nominal 3.3V supply drops below that level, providing a clean power-fail or brown-out indication for the downstream processor or logic. The active-low, open-drain output stays low for a minimum of 65ms after the supply rises above the threshold, giving the system time to stabilise before the reset is released. This timeout is a fixed minimum — no external capacitor needed.
Temperature grade and package — board-fit for industrial environments
The SOT-23-6 package (supplier device package same as case) is a compact footprint for space-constrained designs, with surface-mount assembly standard.
