The 2.941V threshold is set for monitoring a nominal 3.0V or 3.3V supply rail. A supervisor with a threshold this tight (roughly 2% below 3.0V) catches dips before the logic supply drops out of spec, but it also means the reset trips on a deeper brown-out than a part with a 2.63V threshold would.
The SOT-23-6 package is a 6-lead footprint. It reflows with a standard lead-free profile.
