1.84V threshold supervisor for single-rail monitoring
The TPS3103H20DBVT is a Simple Reset/Power-On Reset supervisor from Texas Instruments, monitoring a single voltage rail with a threshold of 1.84V. That threshold targets low-voltage core rails — think 1.8V logic or memory supplies — where a 100 mV droop can trigger a false reset if the threshold isn't tight. The reset output is Active Low, Open Drain, which means it pulls the reset line low when the monitored voltage falls below 1.84V and releases it after a 65ms minimum timeout once the rail recovers. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR multiple supervisors on the same pull-up resistor — handy if you're sequencing several rails off one reset signal. Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23-6 package, this part is a surface-mount fit for compact PCB layouts.
