1.142V threshold supervisor for low-voltage rails
The TPS3103E12DBVT is a Texas Instruments Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC that monitors a single voltage rail at a 1.142V threshold. That threshold targets sub-1.2V core supplies — think 1.1V or 1.0V DSP cores, FPGA VCCINT rails, or low-voltage MCU domains where a 1.2V nominal rail needs a supervisor that trips before the core browns out. The reset output is Active Low, Open Drain — it pulls the reset line low when the monitored voltage drops below 1.142V and holds it low for a minimum of 65ms after the rail recovers. That 65ms window gives the downstream regulator and oscillator time to stabilise before the processor releases reset.
