Single-voltage supervisor for 1.14V rails
When the monitored voltage drops below that threshold, the active-low, open-drain output asserts reset and holds it for a minimum of 65ms after the rail recovers — long enough for a downstream MCU, FPGA, or DSP to complete its power-on reset sequence. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR multiple reset signals or pull it up to a different voltage than the monitored rail.
65ms reset timeout — why it matters for the BOM
If the timeout were shorter — say 20ms — a slow-ramping 1.2V rail could release reset before the regulator has reached its final voltage, causing brown-out or undefined boot behaviour. For designs running a 1.2V core supply from a small LDO or a switching regulator with soft-start, this 65ms window is the safety margin that prevents field failures.
Industrial temperature range and SOT-23-6 footprint
The SOT-23-6 package occupies about 3 mm² of board area, which keeps the routing short between the supervisor and the monitored rail. The 0.95 mm pin pitch is standard for a 6-pin SOT-23; the open-drain output connects directly to the processor's reset input with a single pull-up resistor.
