Monitors a 1.2V rail — not a generic 3.3V supervisor
The TPS3103E12DBVR is a single-channel voltage supervisor with a 1.142V threshold, purpose-built for low-voltage digital cores running at 1.2V or 1.1V. Its Active Low, Open Drain output lets it interface directly with the reset input of an MCU, FPGA, or SoC without extra level shifting — the pull-up resistor connects to the monitored rail or the core supply. The 65ms minimum reset timeout holds the reset line low long enough for the downstream device to complete its internal power-on reset sequence, preventing spurious start-up. This is not a watchdog timer — it is a pure power-on reset supervisor for a single voltage rail.
The 1.142V threshold is factory-trimmed — no external resistor divider is needed for the voltage sense input.
