Active eFuse with integrated current monitor — 15 A continuous, 2.7 V to 24 V input
The ±5% current-monitor accuracy gives the test bench a known tolerance to budget against over-temperature and load-step transients.
What the ±5% accuracy means for the BOM
The current monitor output is specified at ±5% — that is the full window over temperature and load, not a typical-at-25°C number. For a 10 A load, the monitor reads between 9.5 A and 10.5 A. If the downstream controller uses that reading for a fault threshold, the ±5% tolerance sets the trip point guard band. The 15 A continuous rating is the DC current limit; the part will fold back or latch off above that, but the monitor accuracy does not tighten at lower currents.
Package and footprint — 24-VFQFN with exposed pad
