Two 500 mA high-side channels in a 1.5 mm² footprint
The switch is configured as a high-side output with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio, and the on/off control interface accepts a non-inverting logic signal. Built-in load discharge and slew-rate control prevent the output rail from floating when the switch is off and limit inrush current during turn-on — useful when sequencing multiple power domains on the same board.
The typical on-resistance of 342 mOhm sets the voltage drop across the switch at full load: at 500 mA the drop is roughly 170 mV. For a 3.3 V output rail that leaves 3.13 V at the load — within the tolerance of most 3.3 V logic but worth checking if the downstream regulator margin is tight. The P-channel architecture means no Vcc supply is needed for the switch itself; the gate drive is derived from the load voltage. It is not rated for extended automotive or under-hood environments.
