Three inputs, two outputs — where the 3:1 ratio saves board space
The TPS22933ARSET is a triple P-channel load switch that routes three independent power sources down to two output rails (3:1 input-to-output ratio,). That ratio is the whole point: instead of three separate load switches eating board area, this single 8-UFQFN (1.5x1.5 mm,) handles source selection for handheld or mobile designs where every mm² counts. The 2.5 V to 12 V supply range covers Li-ion single-cell through USB-C or multi-cell battery stacks without a separate regulator.
75 mA per channel — is that enough for your rail?
Each output channel is rated for 75 mA continuous. That is fine for sensor bias, level-shifter supplies, or low-power MCU I/O rails, but it will not drive a GSM burst or a motor pre-driver. The internal switch is P-channel, so there is no body-diode reverse recovery to worry about — the on-off control is clean. The 65 µs turn-on delay and 32 µs turn-off delay are fast enough for power-sequencing in a battery-powered system; if you need sub-microsecond switching, this part is not the answer.
