ExpressCard power switch — three 1.3 A rails in a 4×4 QFN
Each output delivers up to 1.3 A from a 1.5 V or 3.3 V load supply, with a typical on-resistance of 45 mOhm per channel.
Protection features and output configuration
Built-in fixed current limiting and over-temperature shutdown protect the switch and the downstream load during a sustained fault — no external sense resistor is needed. A power-good output and a status flag provide feedback to the system controller for fault monitoring and sequencing. The three outputs are independently controlled with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio, meaning each enable pin gates one output rail. The switch operates without a separate Vcc/Vdd bias supply — the load voltage powers the internal gate drive.
