Three-channel high-side switch for ExpressCard and hot-swap rails
It switches dual voltage rails — 1.5 V and 3.3 V — with a typical on-resistance of 45 mOhm per channel, each rated to deliver up to 1.3 A continuously.
Protection and status — fixed current limit, over-temp, power-good flag
Built-in fault protection includes fixed current limiting and over-temperature shutdown, so the switch survives a shorted load or sustained overload without external sense resistors. A power-good output and a status flag give the host controller visibility into the switch state — useful for sequencing or fault logging.
Package and thermal — 20-QFN with exposed pad
The 1.3 A per-channel rating assumes the PCB copper area under the pad is sized for the total dissipation — at full load on all three channels, the 45 mOhm Rds(on) produces about 0.23 W, which the pad can handle with a reasonable 2-layer board layout.
No Vcc supply pin is needed — the switch is self-powered from the load rail.
