2:1 power mux for dual-rail handheld designs
It's designed for handheld and mobile devices where the system must switch seamlessly between a battery and a USB or adapter supply. The output can deliver up to 1.25 A continuous, with a quiescent supply current of 55 µA — low enough to avoid draining the battery in standby.
Switching timing and control
Turn-on delay is 1 ms; turn-off takes 5 ms. The 2:1 input-to-output ratio means the part selects between two power sources — the control logic determines which rail is active. Internal switches eliminate the need for external MOSFETs or drivers.
