Four-channel high-side switch for USB and general-purpose loads

The TPS2048D: Typical on-resistance is 80 mOhm per channel, keeping conduction losses low in USB port power distribution or point-of-load switching applications.

Protection set and output configuration

Each output is independently controlled via an active-low (inverting) On/Off logic interface, with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio — one enable pin per channel. Built-in fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO), so the switch self-limits during a short or overload without external sense resistors.

Supplied in Bulk packaging, which suits prototype builds and low-volume production without reel minimums.
