Three-channel high-side switch with integrated protection
It handles a load voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and delivers up to 250 mA per channel with a typical on-resistance of 70 mOhm. The switch includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) — protection features that eliminate the need for external supervisory circuitry in USB hubs, set-top boxes, and industrial control outputs.
The wide range also provides margin for self-heating when all three channels are loaded near the limit.
