Product details

Two-channel Zener TVS for general-purpose ESD clamping

The Texas Instruments TPD2E007YFMTG4 is a Zener-type bidirectional ESD protection diode array in a 4-pin DSLGA package.

With a 14V minimum breakdown and 13V maximum standoff, the TPD2E007YFMTG4 provides adequate clamping headroom for 3.3V and 5V logic families without conducting during normal operation. The 13V standoff ensures the device remains off below that line voltage, so it won't load the signal rail under steady-state conditions. For lower-voltage interfaces (1.8V or below), a TVS with a lower standoff rating would be a better fit.

4-DSLGA — footprint for compact I/O protection

The Tape & Reel delivery (TR) supports automated pick-and-place for volume production.

Frequently asked questions

Is TPD2E007YFMTG4 compatible with 3.3V logic?

Yes. The maximum reverse standoff voltage is 13V, well above 3.3V, so the device remains off during normal logic-level operation. The 14V minimum breakdown provides a comfortable margin before the TVS begins to clamp.
