It runs at 200 MHz, carries 512 KB of Flash and 66K x 16 of RAM, and integrates a dual-bank ADC array — 14 channels at 12-bit and 14 channels at 16-bit — plus three 12-bit DAC outputs.
ADC and DAC complement — one-chip signal chain
The dual ADC bank is the standout feature for mixed-signal control: 14 channels of 12-bit conversion and 14 channels of 16-bit conversion, all on the same die. That lets you sample fast current feedback at 12-bit resolution while simultaneously capturing a slower voltage or temperature signal at 16-bit without an external mux. The three 12-bit DACs provide analog setpoints or offset trim voltages, reducing the need for external DACs on the output side. The 41 general-purpose I/O lines handle digital handshaking, encoder capture, and fault inputs alongside the serial interfaces.
