90 MHz C28x core — real-time loop headroom
The TMS320F28067UPFPS runs a 32-bit C28x core at 90 MHz. The 256 KB Flash and 50K x 16 RAM support field-oriented control and communication stacks. The 1.71 V to 1.995 V core supply keeps dynamic power in check.
The 12-bit, 12-channel ADC provides simultaneous sampling for three-phase current sensing.
Peripheral set and integration
Connectivity covers CANbus, I²C, McBSP, SCI, SPI, UART/USART, and USB, so the part can bridge a motor drive to a fieldbus gateway or log data over serial.
