C2000 Piccolo for automotive real-time control
The Texas Instruments TMS320F28067PFPQ is a 32-bit C28x Piccolo MCU running at 90 MHz, with 256 KB of Flash and 50K x 16 of RAM. The part integrates a 12-channel 12-bit ADC, CAN, I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces, plus PWM and watchdog peripherals for closed-loop motor and power control.
The 90 MHz C28x core executes single-cycle MAC operations. The 256 KB Flash and 50K x 16 RAM support control firmware and data buffers.
Automotive grade and AEC-Q100
Rated from -40 to 125 °C and AEC-Q100 qualified, this MCU suits automotive under-hood and chassis environments. The exposed-pad package (12x12 mm) conducts heat to the PCB ground plane.
