60 MHz C28x core with real-time control peripherals
The TI TMS320F28033RSHT is a 32-bit C28x Piccolo MCU clocked at 60 MHz, built for closed-loop control in motor drives, digital power supplies, and industrial inverters. The 64 KB of on-chip Flash and 10K x 16 RAM hold a field-oriented-control (FOC) stack plus CANbus and UART communication buffers without external memory. Thirteen 12-bit ADC channels sample current-sense and voltage-feedback signals at the PWM rate, keeping the control loop under one switching cycle.
The TMS320F28033RSHT carries an end-of-life (hot) lifecycle stage. While still listed as active in production, the EOL-hot flag means the last-time-buy window is open and closing. Buyers should secure forecast quantities or evaluate a migration path.
Peripheral set for industrial communication
Connectivity includes CANbus, I²C, LINbus, SCI, SPI, and UART/USART.
