60 MHz C28x core – real-time control without a second chip
The TMS320F28026PTS is a 32-bit C28x core clocked at 60 MHz. It has 32 KB Flash and 6K x 16 RAM. The 13-channel 12-bit ADC lets you sample multiple analog feedback signals – phase currents, DC-link voltage, temperature – through one MCU. The internal oscillator saves a crystal on the BOM, and the 22 GPIOs handle the PWM outputs, fault inputs, and serial links to an external HMI or drive.
-40°C to 125°C – rated for the hot end of the panel
The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. The 48-LQFP package (7x7 mm) is a standard footprint for panel-level control boards.
