PSRR and dropout — fit for noise-sensitive rails
The TLV73333PDQNT: PSRR is specified at 68 dB at 100 Hz, rolling off to 28 dB at 100 kHz — this gives the LDO useful rejection of low-frequency ripple from a switching pre-regulator, but above 100 kHz the attenuation drops and additional input filtering may be needed for sensitive analog loads.
Package and thermal integration
Surface-mount assembly with a 4-pin XDFN layout; the Enable pin allows low-power shutdown. Protection features include over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, and UVLO.
Quiescent current and battery-operated duty
Quiescent current is 60 µA typical — low enough for always-on domains in battery-powered gear, though not the sub-1 µA class of dedicated nano-power LDOs. The fixed 3.3 V output eliminates external feedback divider resistors.
