What this dual LDO does on your board
The Texas Instruments TLV7111830DSET contains two low-dropout regulators in a 6-WSON package. One rail delivers a fixed 1.8 V output, the other a fixed 3 V output, each rated for 200 mA. The input accepts up to 5.5 V. An enable pin on each regulator lets you sequence the power-up or shut down a rail for sleep modes.
PSRR — why the frequency sweep matters
Power-supply rejection ratio starts at 80 dB at 10 Hz and rolls off to 50 dB at 100 kHz. This attenuates low-frequency ripple and switching-regulator noise.
The 6-WSON package with a 1.5 mm by 1.5 mm footprint is small enough for space-constrained designs.
Protection features built in
Over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) are all on-chip. The UVLO prevents the output from turning on until the input is high enough to regulate cleanly. Over-temperature shuts down the regulator if the die exceeds the safe limit, and auto-recovers when it cools — useful if a load fault causes a thermal event.
