Quad CMOS op-amp with rail-to-rail output swing
The TLV2774IN packs four CMOS op-amps in a single 14-pin DIP package, each capable of swinging its output rail-to-rail — useful when you're running off a 2.5 V supply and need every millivolt of headroom at the ADC input. With a 5.1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 10.5V/µs slew rate, this part handles audio-band signals and fast sensor conditioning without the phase lag you'd see in a slower general-purpose amp.
What the ratings mean for your circuit
Each amplifier draws just 1 mA of supply current — 4 mA total for the quad — so it's a good fit for multi-channel battery-powered designs where quiescent current matters. The 2 pA typical input bias current means you can use high-impedance sensors (photodiodes, pH probes) without the offset error a bipolar-input amp would introduce. Each output can source or sink 50 mA, enough to drive a small relay coil or an LED indicator directly, though the rail-to-rail swing degrades slightly near the supply rails under heavy load. Input offset voltage is trimmed to 700 µV max — adequate for 8- to 10-bit precision loops; for 12-bit+ applications you'd want a precision amp with lower Vos.
